Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ProAll International Manufacturing Inc.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve planning and controlling budget and expenditures, determining strategic planning related to new product lines, and establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
