We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at I.M.I Financial Group Corp.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and the location of our company.

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be tasked with recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments.

Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.

You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, arranging travel itineraries, and greeting visitors.

In addition, you will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent personal qualities, including being organized, a team player, and having a client-focused approach.

With 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a quick learner attitude and a permanent employment status to this position.
