Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bolton Auto Collision. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
