We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Coordinator to join our team at APNA CONSTRUCTION INC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the construction team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and vendors, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
