This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at Gordon Ramsay Burger. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests by name and provide a warm welcome
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Ensure accurate records and wait lists
  • Communicate effectively with bussing and serving staff
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, ownership, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience
  • Experience using Open Table platform an asset
  • Serving it Right certification
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, and non-traditional work hours.
