Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Lead to join our team at TRI PORT LOGISTICS LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing budgets and expenditures. You will work closely with our team to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to train staff, monitor and evaluate their performance, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and expenditure planning
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
