Role Overview

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Director, Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions that meet the business needs of our HR, Legal & Compliance, and Public Affairs and Communications departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, including software development, people management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and quality assurance specialists in delivering technology solutions that meet and exceed business expectations.
  • Collaborate with product owners to develop and implement agile software delivery methodologies, ensuring technical oversight and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain DevOps/Quality Engineering practices to ensure seamless technology solution delivery.
  • Establish architecture and delivery standards aligned with industry best practices and T&D standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Effectively communicate and influence peers and senior stakeholders, ensuring messages are tailored to audiences of varying technical acumen.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners to understand their needs and provide valued technology solutions.
  • In partnership with the Product Owner, develop and align strategic roadmaps, priorities, and corresponding quarterly OKRs.
Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop relevant metrics/scorecards to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to improve behaviors and performance across products, teams, and processes.

Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or any other quantitative field, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation are essential qualities for success in this role.
