About the Role:
This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits. As a physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will provide professional assessments, develop effective care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in homes and communities
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide active guidance on workplace health and safety practices
- Collaborate with Community Health Services to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
