Finance Director of Clarion Medical Technologies Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team at Clarion Medical Technologies Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of financial budgeting, forecasting, compliance, month-end reporting, and analysis to support company growth and profitability.
- Collaboration with various departments to understand their needs, opportunities, and risks to roll out collaborative plans and programs.
- Review and recommendation of changes to agreements, including distribution agreements, RFPs, and business program contracts.
- Leadership of the annual budget process and alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Management of IT systems and software while servicing internal customers.
- CPA designation with a university degree.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience working with senior executives, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at various levels within the organization.
