Punjabi Chaap Corner Canada is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen operations role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
