We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 2393211 Ontario Inc. as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
Food Preparation and PresentationPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Kitchen ManagementSupervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
