Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
  • Manage contracts and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
