Job Summary:

The Creative Manitoba seeks a seasoned and driven development and advancement professional to join a dynamic team committed to a vibrant future for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, strategize, oversee, and/or execute a multi-pronged major gifts strategy for both operations and the capital campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Public Engagement Department as part of a collaborative team.
  • Develop and implement effective communications and planning strategies for the capital campaign in collaboration with the organization and the PAC.
  • Manage and execute fundraising events and activities to support the capital campaign.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in development and advancement.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in development and advancement, preferably in a non-profit or arts organization.
  • Proven track record of success in major gifts fundraising and capital campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
