Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Will train, but previous retail experience is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular walking and bending.
