Sephora Sales Floor Manager

Join Sephora as a Stage Experience Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor departments and ensuring that all team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora's selling model and respond promptly to client feedback.
- Embracing Innovation: Support the training of all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
- Event Management: Assist with in-store events to drive sales and meet client needs.
- Performance Assessment & Development: Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
