About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Services Lead to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments on the sales floor are executing Sephora's selling model and providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors are properly trained and equipped to execute Sephora's selling model.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and opportunities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Support the Operations team in maintaining visual merchandising standards and executing animations and updates as needed.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty and engage with cast and clients on-stage whenever possible.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities, and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet client expectations.
  • Participate in the interviewing process for new team members.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to demonstrate Sephora's values.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
