About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Services Lead, Stores. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Ensure all Beauty Advisors execute Sephora's selling model, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and executing visual merchandising concepts.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly act as the Manager on Duty, engaging with cast and clients on-stage, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance, business opportunities, and adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
  • Talent Development: Participate in the interviewing process for the World team, and contribute to the development of our store's talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Embody Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
