About the Position:
The Boughton Law Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Records Coordinator to join our team. This permanent position requires 35 hours of work per week and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, adhering to strict confidentiality requirements.
• Coordinate with officials and organizations to facilitate efficient communication and task completion.
• Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and correspondence on a timely basis.
• Ensure seamless daily operations by maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong file preparation and invoicing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
Work Environment and Benefits:
This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills. Benefits include a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience, as well as access to dental, healthcare, and vision care plans.
