Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to computer software and hardware operation.

• Maintain accurate records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.

Requirements:

• Fluent English/Spanish language skills, with a strong focus on customer service and technical support.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, including configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
