Knowledge Exchange Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Exchange Facilitator to join our team at NL Health Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating knowledge exchange activities that support workforce development, strategic planning, and policy-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement knowledge exchange frameworks, plans, and activities that promote the applied use of research and scientific evidence.
- Translate research, literature reviews, and other sources of knowledge into audience-friendly knowledge exchange products.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and networks of key audiences.
- Work with internal and external partners to foster and promote a safe and healthy workplace.
- Stay current on relevant clinical, evidence-based practice to enhance and support program planning, development, and evaluation.
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline is required.
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or Health Sciences is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience within the last four (4) working in a healthcare environment in a role involving research, adult education, and/or program development/evaluation is required.
- Experience in mental health and addictions is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
