- Team Supervision: Supervise the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Menu Development: Create new recipes and menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to our customers.
- Cooking and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, such as banquets, and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality.
- Leadership: 3-4 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge of fish and seafood, meat, poultry, and game cooking techniques, with a focus on presentation and flavor.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, management, and customers.
