Job Title: Strategic Financial and Communications Leader

JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial and Communications Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, organized, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure with a large workload.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
