Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our Corporate Revenue team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving financial transformation and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Develop and implement detailed financial and economic analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Advice and Service: Provide expert financial advice and service to business leaders and finance partners to support financial management activities.
  • Financial Performance Management: Monitor and manage financial performance against plans, forecasts, and objectives.
  • Financial Insights and Recommendations: Generate information and insights to support key business decisions and drive value.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 9+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.
  • Technical Leadership: Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills - Expert.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills - Expert.
  • Influence Skills: Influence skills - Expert.
  • Collaboration Skills: Collaboration and team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - Expert.

What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 CAD to $200,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
