Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Employee Relations Advisor. This role will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, labour relations, and human resources matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and human resources records.
  • Generate employment letters and other HR-related documents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through day-to-day HR activities and social events.
  • Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage labour relations matters, including harassment investigations and performance management.
  • Assist with the interpretation, application, and implementation of our Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements
  • Education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience and/or schooling in HR and Labour Relations.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, across four time zones.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a possibility of in-office work in the future.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the ability to commute to different branches across the Ontario region.
