Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at San Jose Construction and Maintenance 1214. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver's license.
