Job Summary

IDY Corp is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, as well as coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of maintenance workers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Train or arrange for training for maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and machinery, and ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is safe for employees and visitors.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand the layout of the facility and the location of equipment and systems.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
