Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available to meet customer demand.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices.
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Team Management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
