{"Work Opportunities": "At OV Burger Bar, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service
* Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service
* Manage the dining room and ensure that it is clean and well-maintained
* Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered to the table in a timely manner
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and be able to make recommendations to customers
* Ensure that all cash handling and point of sale procedures are followed

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Serving It Right Certificate
