Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of servers and bussers to provide excellent service to our guests
  • Manage the dining room and ensure that all tables are served in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to guests
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Supervise inventory and ordering of wines and wine glassware
  • Train new staff members

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
