Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service
* Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
* Ensure that all menu items are accurately described to customers and that they are presented in a timely and efficient manner
* Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and processing tips
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Serving It Right Certificate
