Seminar & Workshop Facilitator - Fredericton, NB

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellness Program Facilitator to deliver in-person and virtual sessions to our corporate clients. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive experiences that promote healthy lifestyles and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver one-hour awareness-building seminars (lunch 'n learns) and half- and full-day workshops focused on changing workplace behavior.
  • Develop and adapt instructional materials to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or human resource management, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering instructor-led training in an applied workplace setting.
