About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Develop and present pricing strategies to clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Create and administer sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined.
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Research and develop leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most suitable products and services for clients.
  • Develop Reports and Proposals: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer exceptional customer service, providing ongoing support to clients after the sale.
  • Review and Adapt Information: Stay up-to-date on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
  • Provide Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits and uses of our products and services.
  • Advertise and Promote: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise Activities: Oversee the activities of other Technical Sales Specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
