About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients, identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring all necessary information is included
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of our goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, providing a seamless customer experience
  • Provide input into product design, ensuring our products meet the needs of our clients
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our goods or services, showcasing our expertise and knowledge
  • Advertise and/or promote our products, sales, or services, using a variety of marketing channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or technical role
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. This role is considered a Green job, involving duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
