Job Description

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to define and execute project plans, ensuring successful implementation of our software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the initial onboarding process, including understanding client goals, business, and data
  • Partnering with Customer Success to align customer data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes
  • Building confidence and trust with clients using project management methodologies and deliverables
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client organizations
  • Provisioning, setting up, and deploying customer systems and associated modules
  • Conducting data discovery and implementation workshops, and ongoing consultation to ensure optimized data implementation
  • Identifying data risks, assessing potential impacts, and collaborating with internal teams to implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintaining designated business systems tools with up-to-date statuses, communications, and correspondence with Assent clients
  • Working closely with cross-functional Assent teams to develop and enhance best-in-class processes, procedures, and templates

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A University, College, and/or Post Graduate Certificate in a related area of study or equal working experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles
  • Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization
  • Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to leverage all Excel functions to analyze and report complex datasets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute on several asks for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders
