Job Description

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering our services to customers, working closely with them to define and execute project plans from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the initial onboarding process, ensuring a deep understanding of client goals, business, and data.
  • Partnering with Customer Success to align client data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes.
  • Building confidence and trust with clients through project management methodologies and deliverables.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
  • Provisioning, setting up, and deploying customer systems and associated modules.
  • Conducting data discovery and implementation workshops, ensuring optimal data implementation for long-term success.
  • Identifying data risks, assessing potential impacts, and collaborating with internal teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining designated business systems tools with up-to-date statuses, communications, and correspondence with Assent clients.
  • Working closely with cross-functional Assent teams to develop and enhance best-in-class processes, procedures, and templates.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A University, College, or Post-Graduate Certificate in a related field or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles.
  • Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and report complex datasets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
