We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lazio Italian Bakery and Deli. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
