Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
