About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization.
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
