Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
