About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at SIRIUS AUTO PARTS CORP.. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that we are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of materials, human resources, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish Objectives: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Manage Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
