Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
