Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at DNBC Financial Canada Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate work to office support staff.
- Work Priorities: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
