About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Seventh Chakra Healing Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and oversee the management of our administrative data.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payment of staff.
  • Office Operations: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Organized, team player, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
