Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Cornerstone Christian Church of God Edmonton.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Invoice clients and collect payments from debtors.
  • Store and update financial data, and perform general office duties.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans.

Working Environment

This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. You will be working in a busy office environment, and may be required to travel occasionally.
