Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

MITT is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing general ledger, and performing financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Open and close books for auditors
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and payroll
  • Invoice clients and perform financial calculations
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Private sector experience
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including spreadsheet software
  • Ability to multitask, accurate, and excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
