Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Staff Management: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met by maintaining accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Compensation:
