Closing the Gap Healthcare is a leading provider of home and community-based healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Client Service Supervisor to lead our Pediatric Therapy Division.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time or part-time position that offers flexibility in terms of work arrangements, including remote work options.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and assistants.
  • This role involves autonomous leadership and decision-making, with opportunities to develop business skills and expertise in pediatric practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and coordination of therapy services across the GTA and Simcoe County.
  • Leading and supporting a high-performing clinical team to deliver exceptional client care.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • An Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college (SLP, OT, or PT) and good standing.
  • Previous professional leadership or quality management experience is considered an asset.
  • A highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
