We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Continental Design & Building Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with experienced professionals who share your passion for manufacturing and fabrication.

As a Manufacturing Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic fully automated welding equipment, reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes, examining welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications, determining weldability of materials, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Job Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Degree not required but an asset
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods
