Senior Account Manager Position Overview

Charter Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Successfully promote and sell Charter's comprehensive range of IT hardware solutions and services to new enterprise and service provider accounts across Canada.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain multiple levels of account relationships with medium and large accounts, driving sales growth and creating tailored solutions that align with our clients' unique needs.
  • New Business Acquisition: Develop strategies and tactics to acquire new accounts to Charter, leveraging your technical knowledge of the company's broad array of products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in IT networking sales, detailed account management, and business consulting sales skills.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of making quota, closing forecasted deals, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in complex networking solutions, including Microsoft office tools and ability to develop long-term relationships with large accounts.

Benefits and Salary:
