About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As the primary point of contact for all HR and payroll inquiries, you will play a critical role in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all reports, and independently resolving any discrepancies in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule New Employee Orientation, conduct follow-ups, and review onboarding documents for new hires.
* Ensure accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborate with Hiring Managers and other departments as needed.
* Handle full-cycle payroll processes which may be high-complexity as it can include multiple provinces and payroll cycles.

Qualifications:
